Khaite Atelier

Soho, New York City

Role: Design Architect, in collaboration with Griffin Frazen

This 8,000 square foot Soho loft was redesigned as a fashion brand’s design atelier, showroom, and photo studio.

The space was stripped to its bones and rebuilt with restraint. Dinesen Douglas fir runs uninterrupted across the floors and furniture. Steel and glass partitions rise twelve feet. Viabizzuno lighting glows without drawing focus.

There are no jogs, no clutter, and no visual noise. Just long, clean lines and a quiet rhythm of precise materials.

The result is a calm, distraction-free environment for designing, editing, and seeing. A space that sharpens the senses and foregrounds the work.
