Swelter House designs and builds sauna and bathing structures for private residences. Each unit is a self-contained wellness space with a sauna and cold plunge. Some models include a hot tub, fireplace, shower, kitchenette or lounge.

The design is modular but adaptable. Each project responds to its site, climate, and client. The structures are fabricated in New York, shipped nationwide, and assembled on site.

The architecture is simple, elemental, and focused. Wood, stone, steel, water, heat, light. Every part serves the ritual.
